The Apartments in are simple, clean, comfortably sized, close to lots of things (parks close by, school and the Hospital a 3 min drive, and downtown is just a short drive), and reasonable on the pocketbook.
Our Apartments May Be For You… –
The units in our properties stay full and fill up fast once we release a unit for rent. But, from time to time units do open up in our apartments.
If you want to see if units in this property are open the quickest way is to call us at and ask him about the availability. If there aren’t any units open we can put you on the waiting list… or we can help you find another local apartment unit that fits what you’re looking for too. Either way we’ll help you out.

You won’t find granite countertops, fancy Kohler sink fixtures, or a swimming pool at these apartments. But that means you also won’t be paying higher rents because of those things you really don’t need.
